How Do We Do It?

Apartment dryer Vents cleaning

1. 100% from the exit of the unit and does not require us to enter the home of the Tenet. We use very high-powered compressed air with special reverse tips to scrub air and remove lint throughout the system. This is a preferred way for units that have been regularly serviced but is not the best way for very dirty clogged systems.
2. Brush cleaning from the exit of the vent while air flows from the inside is blowing the lint outside. This way of cleaning ensures that there is positive air flow guaranteeing that the system has no clogs and has required air flow. This method is a more costly way of cleaning but is required for systems that have not been well maintained.

Chimney Cleaning

All chimney cleaning are done by licensed Certified Professionals. Unlike other companies we are bonded, Family owned and operated and have nearly 3 decades of experience working with property managers.  Chimney Cleanings are done using a button up method as recommended by CSIA (Chimney Safety institute of America.)

1. The area in front of the fireplace is covered with a tarp protecting the work area. During the cleaning process top of line HEPA filtration units are used to assure no particles are introduced into the air.
2. Fireplaces are inspected for any safety issues.
3. Fireplace is cleaned from the bottom to the top and from the top back down insuring 100% of the system is cleaned including the flue, smoke chamber and firebox.
4. Flooring and personal items are covered to guarantee resident’s items will remain safe from dirt or stains. We take pride in making sure that your items are kept clean and safe
